LOCAL DECISIONS
Murrieta has two hospital anchors—not one interchangeable network
Murrieta's local care picture is different from a city with one main hospital. A useful Medicare review maps the doctors and facilities you use across both sides of the city, then verifies each one with the specific plan for the year the coverage will apply.
Loma Linda University Medical Center–Murrieta
California's Department of Health Care Access and Information lists Loma Linda University Medical Center–Murrieta at 28062 Baxter Road as an open, 111-bed general acute care hospital. The state's reported payer data includes both Medicare fee-for-service and Medicare managed-care revenue.
That confirms the hospital treats Medicare patients, but it does not prove that every Medicare Advantage plan includes the hospital, its outpatient locations or each physician practicing there. Check the facility and the individual doctors important to your care rather than relying only on the Loma Linda name.

HCAI lists Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital at 25500 Medical Center Drive as an open, 120-bed general acute care hospital. Its reported revenue also includes Medicare fee-for-service and Medicare managed care.
Rancho Springs and Loma Linda Murrieta are separate hospital organizations in the same city. A plan that works well for care connected to one should not be assumed to work the same way at the other, and a hospital's participation does not automatically establish participation for every specialist or outpatient facility.

The City of Murrieta operates its Senior Center at 5 Town Square for adults age 50 and older. The city lists free center membership, classes and social activities, along with services such as senior meals and information about discounted Dial-A-Ride transportation for residents age 65 and older or people with disabilities.
Those local programs support day-to-day life beyond an insurance decision. For Medicare plan comparisons, doctor and prescription checks, enrollment, or an annual coverage review, Murrieta residents can work directly with Franco.
