As a Medicare broker, I have contracts with many insurance carriers. We can compare the plans I represent around your doctors, prescriptions, needs, and budget. Someone who represents just one insurance company can offer only that company's plans. I help you understand the differences and enroll in a plan that fits your situation; I do not offer every plan available.
Ask about the parts that are unclear: what coverage does, what you may pay, or what needs checking. We work through those questions before you decide.
If a claim or coverage question comes up, you can contact me for help understanding the issue and the next steps. Yearly reviews give us a chance to revisit changes in your needs and coverage.
Most appointments are by phone, in English or Spanish. I am local to Temecula Valley, and we can arrange an in-person meeting locally when needed.

WHY I DO THIS WORK
If you are unsure what your coverage includes, you are not alone. Many people I meet have never had someone explain it in plain language. My job is to help you understand what you have, where questions or gaps remain, and how to use your coverage.
I started in insurance after my family, already in the business, invited me to a training. Helping seniors in my community make sense of Medicare became the foundation of Franco Stella Insurance Services.
I live in Temecula Valley with my wife and son and am a Cal State Long Beach alum. You can work with me in English or Spanish, usually by phone, with local in-person meetings available when needed.

There is no cost to you for Franco’s assistance with comparing or enrolling in plans he represents. The insurance carrier pays a commission when a plan is enrolled. You remain in control of the decision; a call is simply a chance to understand your choices before you act.

Most appointments happen by phone because it is efficient and convenient. When a local in-person meeting is needed, that can be arranged as well.
