Franco Stella

A PERSONAL APPROACH TO A PERSONAL DECISION

Why Franco does this work

When I found myself between jobs, my family — already established in the insurance business — invited me to a training. Before long I was helping seniors in my community make sense of Medicare, and that's what turned into Franco Stella Insurance Services.

Most of the people I sit down with can't tell me the name of their plan, or whether they have Part C or Part D. That isn't their fault — nobody ever went through it with them. So a good deal of what I do is making sure people understand what they actually have, and how to get at the benefits that come with it. Coverage you don't know how to use isn't doing its job.

I'm a Cal State Long Beach alum and proud Temecula Valley resident — married, with a young son, and glad to help in both English and Spanish.

“Having the right amount of coverage is half the job. The other half is knowing what you have and how to use it.”

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Guidance before enrollment. Support afterward.

Coverage should fit the life you actually live—not a generic recommendation or a plan someone picked without checking the details.

Independent guidance

Franco is not tied to one carrier. He compares the options he represents around the doctors, prescriptions, priorities and budget that matter to you.

Clear coverage conversations

The goal is to explain the important tradeoffs, the cost exposures and the coverage categories worth considering before you make a decision.

Help after enrollment

Clients can turn to Franco for claims support and yearly plan reviews—not just help with the original enrollment.

Local, bilingual service

Franco is based in Temecula Valley and serves clients by phone, with local in-person meetings available when needed. Help is available in English and Spanish.

HOW FRANCO IS PAID

Using an independent agent does not add a separate fee.

There is no cost to you for Franco’s assistance with comparing or enrolling in plans he represents. The insurance carrier pays a commission when a plan is enrolled. You remain in control of the decision; a call is simply a chance to understand your choices before you act.

Talk through your options

ROOTED IN TEMECULA VALLEY

Professional guidance from someone who lives here, too.

Most appointments happen by phone because it is efficient and convenient. When a local in-person meeting is needed, that can be arranged as well.
